At VIIA, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect in terms of processing and delivery times:

1. Processing Time: All orders placed on our website require a minimum of 2 days for processing. If your order is placed on a weekend, please allow an additional business day for processing, totaling up to 3 days for weekend orders.
2. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
3. Delivery Time: Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, which generally takes up to 8 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
4. Special Considerations:
   • Holidays and High-Volume Periods: Processing times may be longer during holidays or sales due to increased order volumes.
   • Shipping Schedule: USPS picks up packages from our Kentucky facility around 12 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of that or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
