If you’re unsatisfied with a product you’ve tried, you can return it for store credit, giving you the flexibility to try something else that may better suit your needs.


Requirements for the Worry-Free Guarantee

To qualify for our Worry-Free Guarantee, your return must meet the following criteria:

  1. First-Time Purchase: This must be your first time purchasing the specific product from our online store.
  2. Product Condition: The product being returned must be at least half full.
    • For THCa flower, only one 3.5g per customer qualifies under this policy and it must be at least half full to be considered eligible. 
  3. Time Frame: Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  4. Exclusions: Bundles, 14g bags of flower, and any discounted items do not qualify for this policy. 


How to Submit a Worry-Free Guarantee Request


  1. Submission: Send an email to [email protected] with your request. Be sure to include details on how your return meets the Worry-Free Guarantee requirements.
  2. Shipping: Upon approval of your request, we’ll send you a return label via email.
  3. Return and Store Credit: Use the provided return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we’ll issue a store credit code via email. This credit can be used on our website toward a different product of your choice.


Please note: Our Worry-Free Guarantee provides store credit only and does not offer cash refunds.
