What if my package was marked delivered but not received?Updated 21 days ago

We understand how concerning it can be when your package is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it. While this situation is rare, it can happen. Below is a guide to help you locate your package and take the next steps.

Step 1: Check Around Your Property

Carriers often leave packages in secure or hidden locations to prevent theft. We recommend you:

  • Check all areas around your home, including your porch, mailbox, back door, garage, or any bushes where the carrier might have placed the package.
  • If you live in an apartment complex, check with your building management, front desk, or mailroom.

Step 2: Check with Neighbors

In some cases, carriers may mistakenly deliver your package to a nearby address. Ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf or if they noticed anything unusual during the delivery window.

Step 3: Wait an Additional 3 Business Days

Occasionally, USPS marks packages as “delivered” prematurely. This means the package may still be in transit or waiting to be delivered on the next business day. Most packages arrive within 3 business days after being marked as delivered.

We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as the package often resolves itself without further action.

Step 4: Contact USPS

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, we recommend contacting USPS directly:

  • Speak with Your Local Post Office: Your local post office can provide more information about the delivery and assist in locating the package.
  • Submit a Missing Mail Request: You can file a Missing Mail request on the USPS website by visiting USPS Missing Mail. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.

Step 5: Reach Out to Us

If the package has not been located after following these steps, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

    •    Your order number.

    •    The shipping address used for the order.

    •    Confirmation that you’ve contacted USPS and any updates they provided.

While we cannot take responsibility for packages that USPS has marked as delivered, we are here to help guide you through the process and explore any additional options.

How to Prevent Future Delivery Issues

  1. Double-check your Address: Always verify that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  2. Choose a Secure Delivery Location: If package theft is a concern in your area, consider shipping to a more secure location, such as a PO Box or a trusted friend’s address.
  3. Check Tracking Regularly: Keep an eye on your tracking updates to anticipate delivery and plan accordingly.
