How do I cancel my order?Updated 20 days ago

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to help you out!

  • Cancellation Deadline: You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to cancel it directly from your order confirmation page. ⏳After that, your order heads to fulfillment, and we’re usually unable to cancel or make changes
  • If you missed the window and still need help, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best, but cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
  • Important Note: We’ll make every effort to process your cancellation request before fulfillment begins, but if we’re unable to cancel in time, we’ll notify you of the next steps.


Options If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, you still have a few options:

  • USPS Package Intercept: You may submit a package intercept request through USPS for a fee (approximately $18, paid by the customer) to return the package to us.
  • Refuse Delivery: When the package arrives, you can refuse delivery by informing the postal carrier to send it back to us.

Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a full refund.


Returning an Order You’ve Received

If the package has already been delivered, you can still request a return by emailing us at [email protected] for the return address. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
