How do I cancel my order?Updated 23 days ago

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to help you cancel your order if possible. Here’s how to request an order cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Deadline: Orders can only be canceled before 9 am PST, Monday through Friday. Our fulfillment team begins processing orders promptly, so cancellations after this time may not be possible.
  2. How to Request a Cancellation:
    • Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel order #xxxxxx” (include your order number).
    • Chatbot: Submit a cancellation request through our website chatbot.
    • Contact Form: Fill out our website’s contact form with “Cancel order #xxxxxx” in the subject line.
  3. Important Note: We’ll make every effort to process your cancellation request before fulfillment begins, but if we’re unable to cancel in time, we’ll notify you of the next steps.


Options If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, you still have a few options:

  • USPS Package Intercept: You may submit a package intercept request through USPS for a fee (approximately $18, paid by the customer) to return the package to us.
  • Refuse Delivery: When the package arrives, you can refuse delivery by informing the postal carrier to send it back to us.

Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a full refund.


Returning an Order You’ve Received

If the package has already been delivered, you can still request a return by emailing us at [email protected] for the return address. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
